Cedar Point Communications offers several training programs designed to give our customers timely information and hands-on experience with our products. They were developed for a variety of audiences, and include several learning formats including instructor-led training, self-paced online courses and live webinars. We offer training classes at our headquarters in Derry, New Hampshire, on the Cedar Point Online Learning Center, via live webinars and at customer locations.

Our courses consist of detailed lessons on administering, configuring and troubleshooting the SAFARI C³ Multimedia Switching System and are tailored for specific market applications. Hands-on lab exercises with the latest SAFARI C³ hardware and software in a simulated network environment are an integral component in our instructor-led classes. Our instructors are both professional educators and network engineers, with years of proven, real-world experience.

Cedar Point courses are specifically designed for different categories of people who work with our products. Customized training is also available. Customized classes can be tailored around specific configurations and technologies or specialized job categories.

Our training programs are designed to be just-in-time—the right training, for the right people, at the right time, using the most appropriate delivery method. Online self-paced training courses allow customers to learn new skills quickly at the individual’s convenience. Cedar Point also offers live webinars that bring customers up-to-date on new features and also allow for questions and answers. Of course, traditional in-person training is also available.
