SAFARI C³ Configuration and Operation

The SAFARI C^3™ Configuration and Operations course is an in-depth introduction to SAFARI C³. The class provides a broad base understanding of SAFARI C³ configuration and operational tasks as well as knowledge of relevant communications technologies used in voice transport, signaling and trunking. This course develops valuable skills needed via hands-on aspects of configuring and operating SAFARI C³ in a commercial deployment.

Course Objective	To provide the skills required to successfully configure, support and troubleshoot the SAFARI C3.
Course Length	Five days.
Target Audience	Any individual who will be responsible for the configuration or support of the SAFARI C3.
Prerequisite(s)	A working knowledge of networks, a basic understanding of IP networking concepts and a basic understanding of telephony.

SAFARI C³ Monitoring and Administration

The SAFARI C³ Monitoring & Administration course provides key technical skills and knowledge that allow Network Operations Center (NOC) personnel to quickly identify SAFARI C³ and VoIP customer issues and perform troubleshooting to isolate issues and direct fixes. This course focuses on maintaining reliability of voice services in the switching center or headend portion of the network between SAFARI C³ and directly connected VoIP equipment. This course develops valuable skills needed to be productive and knowledgeable with aspects of SAFARI C³ surveillance in a commercial deployment.

Course Length	Two days.
Target Audience	Any individual who will be supporting the ongoing operations of the SAFARI C3.
Prerequisite(s)	A working knowledge of networking, a basic understanding of IP networking concepts and a basic understanding of telephony.

Hardware Installation and Maintenance

The Hardware Installation and Maintenance course concisely presents the essential hardware maintenance tasks and skills required for ongoing physical support of SAFARI C³. It provides the proper skills and procedures for successful hardware installation of a newly deployed SAFARI C³ through successful power up validation. This course develops valuable skills needed to be productive and knowledgeable with hands-on aspects of supporting SAFARI C³ in a commercial deployment.

Course Length	One day.
Target Audience	Any individual who will be connecting external cabling or removing and replacing hardware components on the SAFARI C3.

Online Training Subscription Program

The Online Training Subscription Program keeps switch and network-level engineers up-to-date with comprehensive, periodic updates on new features and functionality of SAFARI C³. Delivered with just-in-time speed and relevance, the program content delivers detailed concept and how-to training on new features, enhancements and changes associated with each new major release. With this program, organizations can always stay on top of new changes that are critical to voice services. As a subscription, this program provides training on all new major releases for one year.

Course Length	One-or-more two-hour sessions.
Delivery Method	This is a self-paced online training program. Customers with paid subscriptions can access courses at any time.
Target Audience	Any formally trained individual who will be responsible for the configuration or support of the SAFARI C3.
Prerequisite(s)	Completion of either the SAFARI C3 Configuration and Operations course or the SAFARI C3 Monitoring and Administration course is recommended.
