Cedar Point Communications provides Solution Services in conjunction with partners to support and leverage deployment opportunities. These services are tailored to meet the requirements of each customer. Cedar Point’s solution services include the following:

VoIP Network Architecture Assessments assess network readiness to support VoIP services and identify efficiencies that can optimize the network.

Operational Readiness Assessments include the development of project plans for the launch of VoIP services, the identification of back-office systems and connectivity gaps, and the identification and assessment of the processes and procedures necessary to successfully implement VoIP services. Our professional services team can develop a comprehensive list of issues to manage and can identify the actions items required to meet go-to-market objectives. Operational Readiness Assessments leverage Cedar Point’s expertise to identify the required knowledge, skills and abilities needed to support VoIP services and recommend appropriate training when needed.

Turnkey Deployment Services assist in the deployment systems and applications needed to support the launch of VoIP services. Cedar Point can assist in the deployment of all operational support systems to support the launch of the service, including provisioning, monitoring and workflow management applications. We can aid with the integration of business support systems—including billing and customer care applications—and can develop processes to support the operation of the total voice solution. Cedar Point will identify the staffing requirements to support deployments and will recommend the appropriate training needed.
