Become a Partner
Prospective partners are required to complete an application form that will be swiftly evaluated by Cedar Point’s ServiceClass team. Cedar Point is looking for best-in-class products and services that can both simplify and enhance the end-to-end voice solution for our customers. Priority will be given to those products and services that are driven by market opportunities.
Cedar Point requires partners to sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement and a ServiceClass Partner Agreement. Interoperability testing will be scheduled on a priority basis, driven by customer and market opportunity.
After successfully completing interoperability testing, the partner’s product earns ServiceClass Elite status, and then ServiceClass Win-Elite status when it is deployed in a customer account with SAFARI C³ or SafariView.
