ServiceClass Partner Program
The Cedar Point Communications ServiceClass™ Partner Program integrates best-in-class products and services for streamlined, end-to-end, carrier-class voice solutions. Customers are looking for integrated solutions that have been tested for interoperability, scalability and reliability, and the ServiceClass Partner Program provides them with the assurance of on-going interoperability of partner products as well as validation of the quality and experience of professional services organizations.
Built on the simplicity of Cedar Point’s SAFARI C³™ Media Switching System and the combined strengths of best-in-class leaders in hardware, software and services, the program brings these combined products into Cedar Point’s ServiceClass Integration Lab for assurance of an end-to-end solution. The Lab tests for standards-based interoperability between hardware vendors, applications and the SAFARI C³. Product interoperability is verified, trial testing is performed and complete solutions are produced.
The ServiceClass Partner Program accelerates the delivery of end-to-end, scalable and economical carrier-class voice and multimedia solutions. It requires an on-going commitment to testing, release notification, and customer support by each Partner.
The ServiceClass Partnership provides:
- Initial and Sustaining Interoperability Testing
- Listing on Cedar Point ServiceClass Partner Website
- Use of Cedar Point ServiceClass Logo
- Release notification
- Joint product roadmap discussions
- Joint marketing and sales activities
- New product showcasing at trade shows and/or in the ServiceClass Integration Lab
- Joint press announcements for new ServiceClass Partners
Interoperability Tested (IOT)
IOT Partner products have successfully passed initial interoperability testing, in a lab and/or field environment. The IOT Partner program assures customers that these products will interoperate with SAFARI products when deployed in their environment.
The IOT Partnership provides:
- Initial Interoperability Testing
- Listing on Cedar Point IOT Partner Website
- Use of Cedar Point IOT Logo
- Release notification
