Training Services
Cedar Point offers a variety of instructor-led technical training classes and release-specific update training seminars. We provide quality training to assist our customers and partners in the efficient utilization of SAFARI C3. Customer Services
In addition to our Training Services we provide a consistent set of base Customer Service offerings that assist our customers and our partners in accelerating the deployment of SAFARI C3 switches. These services are tailored to the needs of each customer or partner and they allow organizations to leverage the professional services expertise of Cedar Point. We offer project management services to oversee, guide and coordinate the deployment or upgrades of SAFARI C3 platforms, and we offer installation services for configuring SAFARI C3 switches and implementing capacity upgrades. Cedar Point also offers a wide range of services that are available a la carte as well as interoperability feasibility, planning and testing between SAFARI C3 switches and the diverse technologies. Solution Services
Cedar Point provides Solution Services in conjunction with partners to support and leverage deployment opportunities. The Solutions Services include VoIP network architecture assessments, operational readiness assessments and turnkey deployment services to assist in the implementation of the systems and applications needed to support the launch of VoIP services.
